Meet Matt Hamilton

A natural-born problem solver, Matt has always loved working with his hands, learning how things work, and going the extra mile.

After graduating from Montana State University with his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, he went on to work as a Field Service Engineer in the oil & gas industry. Matt then took his troubleshooting skills to the water system services industry, where he discovered a passion and aptitude for fixing pumps and controls.

With a decade of pump system experience—and a lifetime nerding out about processes and tools—Matt took the plunge (pun intended) into entrepreneurship with Flow Tech.

When he’s not working, Matt loves spending time with his family outdoors in the natural wonder of Montana.
